Speech Analytics Managed Service for Housing launched at the IT in Housing Exhibition on the 20th to 21st of November at London’s Olympia. The first solution designed for the housing sector combines both technical and process agreements that will allow both organisations to combine years of expertise, intellectual property and software development skill to deliver a unique solution.
