Chris Berry has been appointed as Managing Director of Liquid Voice’s UK operation. In this role, he will be responsible for developing and delivering the company’s ongoing business strategy which is focused on further expanding market share in a wide range of markets including outsourcing, financial, retail, utilities and the public sector.
With over 17 years’ experience of the IT industry, Chris co-founded Liquid Voice in 2005, helping to create an entirely self-funded, profitable business that has seen continued year-on-year growth in terms of operating profits. In his previous role as Sales and Marketing Director, he played an instrumental role in raising awareness of Liquid Voice as a significant supplier of contact centre software with a successful and growing indirect sales channel.
According to Andrew Barrett, co-founder of Liquid Voice and Managing Director of the company’s New Zealand operation: “The appointment of Chris Berry as Managing Director of Liquid Voice (UK) recognises his outstanding achievement in establishing the business and is a key element of our strategy for growth. His technical expertise and track record of success in the industry is second to none and he will lead the business to even greater success by continuing to provide the highest level of service and delivery to customers and partners alike.”
Chris Berry added: “I am delighted to have been appointed Managing Director to steer Liquid Voice through its next period of significant growth. As well as building our sales, support and administration teams, I relish the opportunity to forge even closer relationships with our expanding network of specialist voice recording distribution and ISV reseller partners to further extend our market leadership.”
