As we reflect on 2024, Liquid Voice has continued its trajectory of growth and innovation, solidifying its position as a leader in the voice technology industry. This year has been marked by significant achievements, from groundbreaking product launches to expanding our global footprint.

Business Growth and International Expansion

Liquid Voice has maintained its impressive double-digit year-on-year growth in 2024, a testament to our robust business model and the value we provide to our clients. We have successfully expanded our global customer base while fostering growth with our existing clients.

Some of our global expansion efforts have been particularly noteworthy this year:

  • APAC: We have strengthened our presence in Australia with on-site colleagues, to support our ability to serve clients in the wider Asia-Pacific market beyond New Zealand.
  • Middle East: This year we have broken into the Middle East despite established competitors operating in this market, reflecting the increasing demand for our solutions worldwide.
  • Europe: We have expanded our European customer base, further solidifying our position in this key market.
  • International Partners: Through new partnerships across the globe, we are extending our reach and capabilities in serving these markets.

We launched AILSA!

One of our most exciting launches this year was AILSA, our AI-powered analytics assistant. This innovative module represents a significant leap forward in our ability to provide intelligent, automated insights solutions to our clients, as well as an overarching ability to better and more efficiently manage interaction data.

Our Emergency Services offering became more comprehensive

We have enhanced our proposition for the Emergency Services sector by improving our Automated Quality Management (QM) and Event Reconstruction capabilities. These advancements make our offering more comprehensive and tailored to the unique needs of emergency response organisations.

We strengthened our leadership team

We welcomed Helen Rogers as our Product and Development Director. Helen brings over twenty years of experience in Product Management, Software Development, Product Marketing and Go-to-Market with broad technical expertise, and this appointment underpins our commitment to driving innovation.
